Vastgoed Social Factory (VAT BE0693.962.645) is the data controller for personal data processed via vastgoed.social-factory.be. Questions: info@social-factory.be.
Account data: name, e-mail, phone, agency and logo.
Project data: property addresses, photos, videos, scripts and comments.
Payments: via Stripe; we never store card details, only billing data.
Usage data: anonymous statistics (only after your cookie consent).
E-mail interactions: clicks and replies on our commercial e-mails.
Service delivery (performance of contract).
Invoicing and accounting (legal obligation).
Product improvement and statistics (consent).
B2B e-mail prospecting towards real estate professionals (legitimate interest), always with easy unsubscribe.
Uploaded images are processed by AI models of external providers, solely to fulfil your order. Your images are not used to train AI models.
As an agent you remain responsible for the accurate representation of a property when publishing AI-edited images.
Only with processors needed to deliver the service: hosting and cloud storage, payments (Stripe), AI image processing, e-mail delivery and analytics (PostHog, after consent).
We never sell personal data.
AI-edited photos: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Final videos and reels: automatically deleted 14 days after delivery.
Invoices: 7 years (legal obligation).
Account data: until you delete your account.
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection: info@social-factory.be.
Delete your account via Profile → Delete account. It is deactivated and permanently deleted after 30 days, including personal data.
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, secured file storage with temporary links and brute-force protection.
