These terms apply between Vastgoed Social Factory (VAT BE0693.962.645, contact: info@social-factory.be) and the professional user of vastgoed.social-factory.be ("the client").
The platform is a B2B service for real estate professionals. By registering or placing an order you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Production of real estate videos and social media content, AI photo editing, AI video tours, scripts and related tools. Services and prices are always shown before you order.
You provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. An account is personal. In case of abuse we may suspend or terminate an account.
AI tools run on credits. Credit usage per operation is always shown before you start it.
All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-transferable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. An invoice is automatically generated in the platform. Peppol invoicing available on request.
As a B2B client no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Fully unused credit packs are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase via info@social-factory.be. Used credits and delivered productions are not refunded.
If an AI operation fails due to a technical error on our side, the used credits are returned.
AI-edited photos remain available for 30 days; final videos and reels for 14 days after delivery. Download your files in time — afterwards they are permanently deleted.
You retain all rights to the material you supply and grant us a licence to process it for your order.
Delivered end products may be used commercially without limit for the sale or rental of the property concerned and your own agency promotion.
AI-edited images may differ from the actual state of a property. As the publishing professional you are responsible for an accurate, non-misleading representation and for any required disclosure that images are AI-edited under applicable law (EU AI Act, real estate regulations).
Clearly communicate virtual modifications to prospective buyers or tenants.
Lawful use only. Uploading or generating unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or abusing the service (scraping, reselling credits, circumventing limits) is prohibited.
We deliver with reasonable care (best-efforts obligation). Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. No liability for indirect damage, data loss after communicated retention periods, or incorrect use of AI images by the client.
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account (permanent after 30 days). We may suspend or terminate an account upon breach of these terms.
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of the registered office of Vastgoed Social Factory.
